Detroit Lakes High School has completed a comprehensive review of our mathematics program to ensure alignment with Minnesota's updated Academic Standards and to best support student learning and future success. As a result, families and students will notice some updates to math course titles and sequencing beginning in the 2026-27 school year.

The Detroit Lakes Public School Board members serve the district and the public. The Board is made up of six district residents. A General Election shall be held on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026. At the General Election, three members will be elected to the School Board for a term of four (4) years.
